Currently, the following positions are available:
Field of activity:
Die Telematik-Gruppe des Instituts für Informatik sucht zum nächst möglichen
Zeitpunkt eine studentische Hilfskraft für die Betreuung und Pflege einer
CMS-basierten Webseite für den internationalen Studiengang
"Internet Technologies and Information Systems (ITIS)", der zum
Wintersemester 2010/2011 beginnen soll. Die grundsätzliche Webseite ist
bereits vorhanden, allerdings wird eine studentische Hilfskraft gesucht, die die
Webseite anpassen und pflegen kann.
Aufgaben:
* Einarbeitung in die vorhandene Webseite und das verwendete CMS (Drupal)
* Erweitern und anpassen der vorhandenen Webseite
* Aktualisierung des CMS-Systems, d.h. Sicherheitsupdates einspielen

Demands:
* Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Web-Seiten mit PHP
* Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von CMS-basierten Webseiten (bevorzugt Drupal)
* Gute Englischkenntnisse, da die Webseite in Englisch ist |

Field of activity:
The Institute of Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Georg-August-University Göttingen offers a
Junior-Professorship (W1) in Computer Science (Security)
beginning at the earliest possible date in 2009 as civil servant with a three-year fixed-term contract and the option of extension of another three years. Candidates are expected to have an excellent research and teaching record in Networks Security. The following topics are of particular interest:
Mobile ad-hoc networks,
Mobile ubiquitous networking,
Sensor networks,
Delay Tolerant networks, |
Demands:
The teaching duties include core computer science courses for BSc./MSc. programs "Applied Computer Science" and the PhD in Computer Science program, and courses in the field of the currently planned MSc./PhD program in Internet Technology and Information Systems.
The placement prerequisites for a junior professorship appointment are given by § 30 NHG, (Lower Saxony Higher Education Framework Act) dated 26.02.2007 (Nds. GVB1. 5/2007). Details will be provided upon request. |
