The research area of economic and legal issues arising from new and enhanced communication services over the Internet, in particular in the mobile context, stems from the interdisciplinary collaboration with research groups in economics, law and social sciences. New communication services an technology such as the broadband wireless internet access WIMAX offer new commercial opportunities and result in legal implications that are studied in this interdisciplinary environment.
